Distance to Kuşadası center 5 minutes from Dolmus (minibus) bus stop on the main road. The villa is situated between Ladies Beach and the beginning of Long Beach, opposite hotel Fantasia and hotel Onura on a hillside overlooking the 20 km long sandy beaches where you can find sun beds, water sports facilities, restaurants etc. Other local beaches can be easily accessed using the local dolmus' service. Dose Beach Club or Lacosta beach club are just a 10 minute walk away. At the village of Güzelçamli you will find the Dilek national park with its beautiful creeks and unspoiled nature which is most certainly worth a visit.

The villa is very close to the bustling mondaine centre of Kuşadası. Apart from being a shopping paradise Kuşadası also offers you numerous local restaurants, bars and night-life activities all year long. There are also 2 excellent water parks on the outskirts of town which are easily accessible by the dolmus shuttle transport system, which is both frequent and cheap.

Booking notes:

A 30% deposit is required on booking, with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival.
A € 300 breakage deposit is required with the final payment. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure provided no breakages have occurred.

An extra final cleaning fee of € 35 will be charged for holiday rentals.
The use of mains electricity is not included in the price.
The property is not suitable for people with mobility problems due to location and stairs.
Pets are not allowed.

An extra charge applies for electricity usage. This charge is payable by the client directly to the on-site manager, prior to departure. The charge is based on individual electricity meter readings and it is advised that the client check these readings both on arrival and on departure.
Minimum stay 2 weeks for low season rentals.

The Aegean Coast Region :
